The Saveurs et Terroirs Salon, held from 27 to 29 November 2026, combines two themed fairs: a gourmet food showcase (Saveurs Terroirs) and a crafts exhibition (Salon des Métiers et de l'Artisanat d'Art). It features around 200 artisan producers and craftsmen spread over 9,500 m². Main categories include culinary demonstrations by chefs, cooking workshops, a chocolate showcase, and a dedicated children’s zone. Visitors can explore artisan workshops, taste regional specialties, and attend festive nocturnal events with multiple food stations. The organizer highlights ISO 20121 certification and sustainability actions such as waste reduction, recycling stations, and responsible procurement.
