Caminos y Sabores is the 20th edition of Argentina’s federal food fair, held from 2 to 5 July 2026 at La Rural de Palermo. The event gathers food producers, small‑business entrepreneurs, municipal and provincial governments, chefs, artisans and gastronomy companies. Main attractions include themed “caminos” that showcase regional culinary heritage, a business round‑table (Ronda de Negocios), live cooking demonstrations, and competitions such as the Copa Alfajor.
