ProWine Tokyo 2027 is the international trade fair for wines and spirits, organized by Messe Düsseldorf Japan Ltd. Messe Düsseldorf states that the wine and spirits section of Wine & Gourmet Japan became ProWine Tokyo from 2024, and the fair is held in Tokyo alongside the FABEX food shows.

The 2027 edition runs 13-15 April 2027 (Tuesday-Thursday), 10:00-17:00, at Tokyo Big Sight, East Hall 3, 3-11-1 Ariake, Koto-ku, Tokyo. Admission is 5,000 yen and is free for pre-registered trade visitors. The fair is for industry professionals.

Exhibit categories listed by the organizer are wines, beers, sake and shochu, spirits, craft brew, non- and low-alcoholic beverages, and accessories and services. The organizer's 2027 target is about 250 exhibitors and 250 booths. The 2026 edition, already finished, had 188 exhibitors from 23 countries and 175 booths.

ProWine Tokyo 2027 is held with FABEX Tokyo, Premium Food Show, ISM Japan, and anuga SELECT Japan. Supporters named on the official fair page are the National Tax Agency (NTA), the Japan Sommelier Association, the Wine Importers Association of Japan, and the Japan Wines and Spirits Importers' Association.
