Continuing its efforts, RTC-KPVTC organized a seminar in January 2025 titled 'Human Behavior in Organizations and Work Ethics,' emphasizing professional development. This seminar aimed to enrich the proficiency of trainers and staff, contributing to a more robust and ethical work environment. By engaging experienced speakers like Ms. Cecilia Torino Briones, the center harmonizes essential theoretical insights with practical guidance to cultivate better organizational behavior. Parallelly, the center is pioneering engagements with the community and industry, including hosting student-writer and editor training to bolster social media and advocacy skills, arranging on-the-job training for students to connect academic knowledge with real-world experience, and initiating campaigns to promote violence-free environments. Such strategically crafted programs ensure that the RTC-KPVTC continues to be a pivotal educational and development hub, advocating for progressive learning approaches and community interaction.
