China International Prefabricated Construction Industry Expo 2026
The China Prefab House, Modular Building, Mobile House Space Fair in Guangzhou is one of the world’s largest prefabricated‑building exhibitions. It showcases a wide range of prefabricated structures including container homes, steel‑wood hybrids, mobile houses, passive houses, and full‑scale modular buildings. Concurrent zones cover related building‑envelope products such as waterproofing systems, tiles, roofing, wood products, and other construction materials. Over 300 exhibitors from China and abroad present components, machinery, and services for prefabricated construction, ranging from structural steel and timber to insulation, fasteners, and modular interior finishes.
