COSME Week is Japan’s largest cosmetics trade show, held bi‑annually: Tokyo in February and Osaka in September. The upcoming Osaka edition runs from 30 September to 2 October 2026 at INEX Osaka. The fair is organized into four main sections: • COSME Tech Osaka – focuses on cosmetics development, showcasing raw materials, containers, packaging and OEM services. • COSME Osaka – an international cosmetics exhibition featuring skincare, body care, makeup, beauty devices and health‑food products. • C‑MEX (Tokyo‑only) – a cosmetics marketing expo presenting promotional items and marketing tools for manufacturers, retailers and salons. • Haircare EXPO (Tokyo‑only) – displays hair‑care products, equipment, raw materials and OEM providers.
