Louisiana Shrimp And Petroleum Festival 2026
The Louisiana Shrimp and Petroleum Festival runs Thursday, September 3 through Monday, September 7, 2026 in downtown Morgan City. Family‑friendly attractions feature a Children’s Village (bounce houses, face painting, games), a Children’s Parade on Saturday morning, and a carnival with rides. Traditional events are the Blessing of the Fleet (Sunday 10 am‑noon on Berwick Bay) and a street parade of festival royalty.
