Gulf Region Education Fair: Your Guide to Participation and Registration.
As a participant in the Gulf Region Education Fair, it's essential that you familiarize yourself with the registration process and our terms. First and foremost, we advise you to prepare all necessary materials ahead of time, including your presentation and marketing resources. Once your registration is finalized through the provided form, prompt action is required. Remember, payment should be settled within five business days following the submission of your form to ensure we can start promoting your institution effectively. We recommend that you also send your marketing materials to [email protected] immediately after registration so that we can kickstart the promotional activities for your institution.
Additionally, please be aware of the cancellation policies that are in place. For cancellations made more than 90 days before the event, you will receive a full credit towards future services. However, cancellations made within 90 days will not qualify for any refunds or credits. Therefore, it’s crucial to assess your participation well in advance. Moreover, in light of ongoing health considerations due to COVID-19, we encourage you to understand the added risks of participating in public events. We have instituted safety measures to address health concerns; however, participating means you accept the inherent risks. By being proactive and thorough, you can not only protect your institution’s interests but also maximize the potential benefits from our education fair.
